"On December 26, 2005 was my first workout with Fitness2You personal trainer. I started this program weighting 267.5 lbs. My goal weight was to reach 180 by the end of 2006. Which I did achieved on November 2006. 11 months to remove 87.5 lbs. I had never done any kind of diet or exercise program. I have heard where people had done different things and some were successful and other not as well. All I knew was that I was tired of being tired and out of shape. I was starting to have many small health problems and was told that it could be solved by droping some weight. I also knew that it would have be a change in eating habits and exercise needed to become a part of my daily life. I just want to succeed and stay healthy. So it was an investment in my well being and most of all my future happiness.
So I did the workout three times a week and I also threw in some cardio on the other days just to keep the same schedule. I did the diet journal. I mean everything I eat went in. I incorporated the food I like eating and found the portion sizes that what work and found what did not work. Without the journal I would not have been able to maintain the weight program and most of all keep it under control now. I still fluxulate about 5-8 lbs. However I am in better control of what I eat, portion sizes and where. I have never felt better and I feel I am in the best health than I have ever have…

" I’ve struggled with my weight all my life, and after turning 30, I felt it was time to make a change for good. I have always heard about personal trainers, but figured they were for people with a lot of money, or bodybuilders. I knew what I wanted to achieve, and I know I couldn’t do it alone, so I looked into hiring one.
It only took one session with (My Fitness 2 You Trainer), and I was hooked. I hired him for 25 more sessions and I was completely addicted. He showed me the proper way to use all the equipment, the best exercises for my body type and my goals, he designed a specific healthy diet for me to follow to lose the weight, and best of all, he was with me every step of the way. So far I have lost 16 pounds, about 10 inches, 3 pant sizes, and changed my body fat composition in just 4 months.
I know now that hiring a personal trainer was the best thing I could ever do for myself. I work very hard for my money, and this is by far the BEST money I’ve ever spent. " I'm rarely moved to write down my successes, for fear that I might ‘jinks’ them. Not this time. My successful weight loss program has in fact worked! I've signed up for many programs, I've read several books, and tried many diets and found that I could not stay committed, my excuses were never legitimate even though they got me out of following through. For me I had to be monitored, coached, or forced into achieving my dream of losing 30lbs. I watched Dr. Phil and physiologically I knew what to do but need that added incentive to push through my bad habits in order to achieve my goal. In walks (My Fitness 2 You Trainer), The in home fitness Coach, Trainer, and ‘Diablo’ (that we affectingly tagged him), His demands were constant, he showed up whether I wanted him to or not, twice a week. Beyond that there was a program that monitored everything that went into my mouth that was an eye opener, and because of that it has raised my consciousness to where I have reprogrammed my self focus success and I have achieved IT. Thanks to (My Fitness 2 You Trainer) I can honestly say his program works and I highly recommend it to any one trying to lose weight, get in shape, but most important to make that internal shift that keeps it off Thanks again!"

"I started working with Fitness to You in May of 2003 and my initial goal was to lose 15-20 pounds. I ended up losing 18 over the course of 5 months, but that's not the change that really matters. I learned to control my weight and to live a healthier lifestyle. I have kept all of the weight off and lost an additional 8 pounds over the last year. I have complete control over my body and I know how and what to do to keep it off and to stay healthy. I started the program at 32% body fat and I am currently at 22% and I feel wonderful. I work out consistently and I still eat sensibly. The lifestyle change that I made has also prompted me to want to help others.
