Time: 6:30 am & 7:15 am Wednesdays
Place: Scottsdale Via Linda Park
Time Line: 6 weeks @ 1 session per week for 45 min per session
Minimum of 5 participants to every class. All times, locations, and any changes will be posted via our website www.fitness2you.net. The program will include a custom tailored meal program with food and exercise tracker, cardio training and support. Supplements are included, and a wide variety of resistance training exercises. Each client will be weighed in weekly at the start of every session to check progress. Upon completion of boot camp, each participant will receive a Fitness 2 You T-shirt as well as a boot camp folder to display results achieved.
