analysis, body fat testing, flexibility and

popular form of training that allows two
clients to train together (i.e. friends,

Educational Background: An international fitness educator and Master Certification Specialist and Trainer for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Bob has trained and certified group exercise instructors and personal trainers throughout Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the U.S.A. since 1984. With almost 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, he holds many certifications including AFAA and ACSM-HFI and has managed and consulted in fitness programs throughout the U.S.He is an alumni of ASU and attended five years in the doctoral program in Clinical Psychology.

Once I sign up with Fitness 2 You, when do I start my program? |

Typically it takes one week to process your paperwork and assign your trainer. |

What happens if you have to cancel a personal training session? |

If your session is cancelled within 24 hours, there is no charge. If your session is not cancelled with in 24 hours, you forfeit your session and will be charged for that particular session. |

Do my personal training sessions ever expire? |

Yes. All training programs have an expiration date depending upon the number of sessions purchased. You are given ample time to complete your program. Please refer to your purchase agreement for further details. |

What kind of personal trainer will I receive? |

Fitness 2 You only hires degreed or nationally accredited personal trainers to ensure competency, safety, and proper application of your fitness program. |

Will I receive the same trainer for all of my sessions? |

No. Fitness 2 You wants to avoid any plateaus in your fitness program. In order to avoid this, we will continually modify your fitness routine by providing a new certified personal trainer on a periodic basis. Every trainer is unique and will benefit your fitness goals tremendously. |
